TERMS OF BOOKING
All sales are considered final five days from date of first payment being received. Should you request a refund on or before five days from the date of sale, you will supply written notice of said request by email to susan@artofchange.com
All cancellations and refunds must be authorised by Susan Coughlan.
FURTHER REFUND REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS
Written reasons for cancellation should accompany your written notice of cancellation. Your name and email address must be contained within your written notice of cancellation.
There will be no consideration or authorisation for a refund without meeting all cancellation requirements and conditions outlined above. Upon approval of your refund request, any payments made under this contract of sale will be refunded within ten business days.
Reasonable expenses will be charged for face-to-face coaching requested and arranged anywhere other than at Susan’s home address. These will be agreed and paid for in advance. Mileage is charged at 45c per km for distances over 3km . No additional charges are made for coaching via Zoom/Teams/FaceTime etc.
